Recovering from Coronavirus!

By February 5th, 2020 No Comments

Amid global panic, there is some good news coming out China on patients recovering from coronavirus.

The number of people recovering from the coronavirus in China is rising. According to health officials, 262 people left hospitals on Tuesday. The number of new coronavirus cases has dropped for two days in a row.

Researches still lack enough data to identify how lethal the new coronavirus is. The mortality rate of coronavirus appears to be about 2 percent, lower than SARS. SARS has a mortality rate of about 10 percent.

According to Chinese health officials two-thirds of the deaths from coronavirus in China were men. More than 80 percent were over 60 years old. They had pre-existing health conditions such as diabetes or cardiovascular diseases.

While the number of people recovering from the coronavirus in China is rising, remember washing your hands and boosting your immune system are the most important things you can do to keep yourself safe.
